The official show hotel is the LaQuinta Inn & Suites (phone: 360-747-7685) located at 1063 W Bakerview Rd, Bellingham, WA 98226, about 7 minutes south of the Ferndale Events Center.

Hotel amenities include free breakfast, free wi-fi high-speed internet access, free local calls, free parking, waived pet fee for guests in our block, business center, and fitness center. Can earn Wyndham rewards.

The club will provide free shuttle to/from the hotel/show hall, if prearranged!

Room rate: $119 (+10.7% sales tax and $3.00 Bellingham Tourism Promotion Tax) per night for single or double occupancy in double queen or standard king with waived pet fee. (Room rates are available 3 days pre- and 3 days post meeting dates.)

Reservations: Call the hotel direct at 360-747-7685 and give the block name of "The Maine Event". Or, book your special rate online by clicking this link. To get the special rate with special concessions, you must book no later than 5 PM Friday, November 8 under the the block name of "The Maine Event". After that, the hotel's prevailing rates will be in force and will be based on standard rates and availability.

Take extra care to clean up litter, food and other spills. Protect the rooms from spraying cats by confining them in cages or keeping them in the bathroom. Exhibitors staying at the show hotel agree to abide by TICA's Hotel Room Inspection Policy.
