HEALTH & SAFETY (COVID-19) RULES
|
The Club will follow
all government-mandated health and safety rules in effect on the
show dates.
At the time of entry, all exhibitors must agree to abide by
all health rules in
effect at the time of the show. If any person fails
to follow these rules,
they will be asked to leave the
show, and will not be eligible for any refund for show-related services previously paid.
- This show will be
open to the public. If new government
mandates prevent us from allowing visitors,
this policy will be updated accordingly.
- Face masks are encouraged,
but are not required. If
the government reinstates indoor mask
requirements, this policy will be updated
accordingly.
- Social distancing is
encouraged whenever possible.
- There are currently no limitations
on the number of people allowed in the
show hall (except for normal fire code
limitations). If the government reinstates
occupancy limitations, the club may
need to close the show to spectators and to
limit the number of exhibitors.
- For this show, participants will be
benched per normal show standards and
using normal show spacing.
- There will be no COVID-19 screening
at check-in (temperature screening,
symptom questionnaire, etc.) Please stay home if you have symptoms of
COVID-19 or have recently tested positive (even
if you are asymptomatic).
The club reserves the right to change or add
health & safety rules & policies as necessary, based
on changes to government mandates and/or the state
of the pandemic. Any changes to our rules & policies will be noted
above.
GENERAL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICIES
The health and safety of our exhibitors, staff and
visitors continues to be our priority as we welcome
people back to the show hall. The following policies
will remain in place to help ensure that our show
hall is a safe and healthy place:
- Hand-sanitizing stations will be placed at the
entrance and throughout all common areas. Exhibitors
are to bring their own personal hand sanitizers for
their benching area.
- Dedicated staff will frequently clean all touch
points throughout the show hours. The show hall will
be cleaned, sanitized and disinfected each evening for the next day's events.
- We encourage participants to clean and disinfect
all equipment being brought from home before
entering the show hall and again before they take
them back home.
- We discourage participants from sharing
items/equipment that are difficult to disinfect.
